Hello my lovelies! I love a pamper night myself for sure with my face mask's and junk food but pamper nights don't have to be about crappy food and bought facemasks, you can make your own and also cook a nice healthy meal!
This blog post is my little guide to my perfect pamper session...

I would begin by washing my makeup off if I have any on to make sure I have a clean fresh canvas for some pamper products!

  • SHOWER: Pamper yourself in the shower using a face scrub to get rid of any dead skin cells and black heads! The one ive been loving is the Garnier Pure Active 3in1 Charcoal Blackhead Wash. You can use this as a wash, scrub and even a mask if you'd like! I always love products that have a 3 in 1 purpose.

  • FACE MASKS: I have never made my own face mask from home I always buy them from shops such as The Body Shop or Superdrug and the ones I really love are..
Here is a direct link to a website with a list of "Make your own face mask" ingredients & instructions

  • MOISTURISING: After you're out the shower dry yourself with a towel and drench yourself in moisturiser/bodylotion.

  • Body: The one ive been using and loving recently is Johnsons Baby Lotion. It leaves my sensitive skin feeling smooth and well hydrated.
  • Face: For years now I use the Clean & Clear Skin Balancing Moisturiser because of my acne prone skin it doesn't make me break out and because it's oil free it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy as I haaate my face feeling greasy.

  • I would usually order myself a Pizza with all the toppings and cheese I can have however for a pamper night you might want too make yourself a healthy meal which is something this year i'm definitely going to do!
  • You could also trim, shape and pain your nails/toenails if you would like! The nail polishes I would recommend would be from Barry M, They last for so long without chipping. (Remember to apply a base coat to protect your nails)

Let me know if you have any special things you like to do on a pamper session!
